The following is a Legal User Agreement between Work Jobs For Pay USA (the venue offering "Company"), the employer and an Entity (''You''), where an Entity is a person or any organization that approves this Agreement by signing under this Agreement with Work Jobs For Pay USA and paying a fee of USD$ 59.95 for a test for a professional job referral offer or a training for it. If You disagree with any of the terms of this Agreement, please do not sign under this Agreement and do not order our services since You are under no obligation to do so.

Work Jobs For Pay USA is not responsible for any third party content, policies, terms, errors or omissions. We are only responsible for what we advertise. All the information that we provide is truthful to the best of our knowledge. What You see at this site is what it is. We do not manipulate any data or information, we provide You with a skills evaluation test and processing of your application and/or a resume, a real professional job offer for your fee, if You qualify for the job, and if You do not qualify your employer will provide training so You could qualify. We decide whether You are qualified.

If You do not qualify for a job offer immediately , but nevertheless we feel that after the training You could perform the job, we will make sure that You are offered a training position with a pending job and your initial fee secures that job and the training for it, so You could meet qualifications for the offered employment. An employee's pay depends upon his/hers work-performance and the productivity of labor, hence your pay is contingent to your product of labor and its worth to the employer. The employees have a potential of earning high incomes according to their high work-performance. If for some reason you decided that you want to reapply for a second offer of employment, you would have to start the process all over again, thus being considered a new candidate, which means that you will have to pay another processing fee. The name of employer, his/her location and any other details will be disclosed only after your order has been processed. Your employment may or may not require possession of the valid drivers license, ability to travel abroad, acceptance of the pay in certain currency or method of payment for your employment and may or may not include seasonal work, work which requires extensive traveling, driving a Company's car or any other requirements. Work Jobs For Pay USA makes no warrant as per your ability to travel or perform the job, nor is the Company liable for your termination of employment, your personal decision to quit the job at any point in time -- You are free to do it at any time, if You feel that the job does not suit You well, or is not what You expected it to be, though no refund will be given, if You choose to quit your job and/or training and/or not to take the test and/or not to accept the offer from the employer -- no refund will be given. Work Jobs For Pay USA does its best to advertise all the available positions on WorkJobsForPayUSA.com's first page -- the home page for your convenience, and provides our clients with the updated available job list. Your fee covers only one job offer, the evaluation test and processing of your order and your payment of that fee constitutes your acceptance of this offer and this entire User Agreement. This fee is non-refundable (unless you did not receive a professional job offer or a training for it, test and/or your application or resume has not been processed) and after You had received the job offer or a training for it, this transaction of You paying for the evaluation test, processing of your resume and/or application and a job offer and You receiving the offer or a training for a job offer is considered finalized and closed, hence your receipt of the job offer from the employer finalizes this transaction between You and the Company. Any job listed on our company's front page and offered by the employer or a training through any means and of any length offered by the employer is considered by us and the employer to be a professional job offer, however if You state the fact that You did not recieve the offer, and Work Jobs For Pay USA and/or the employer possess an email sent to You via the email address You provided to us and/or the employer, You waive your right for any dispute. It is your responsibility to provide Work Jobs For Pay USA and/or the employer with a working and/or functional email address and it is your sole responsibility to make sure that You recieve the offer after it was sent to You. Work Jobs For Pay USA and/or the employer will not entertain any claims as long as Work Jobs For Pay USA and/or the employer are in the possession of a proof of the offer being sent to You.

Your right for a dispute of charges and/or to the refund:

If we don't offer You a professional job with a North American company within thirty days after we processed your order and you have been qualified for a professional job offer with a North American company, or we do not offer you a training for a professional job with a North American company and placement with a North American company, we guarantee You a full refund through your credit card with which You paid us. You can dispute the charges with your credit card company, if we did not offer you what we promised. If You were offered a professional job or a training for it by a North American company, You have no right for a refund and/or dispute of the charges. By receiving an offer for a professional job or a training for it, You waive your right for a refund and/or a dispute. The proof of the offer of a professional job and/or training for it is in Work Jobs For Pay USA's or the employer's electronic notification of the offer for a professional job and/or a training for it. As long as the Work Jobs For Pay USA or the employer is in the possession of the document of the offer being sent to You, You have no right for a dipute or any ground for the latter. This offer can be sent to you by an electronic medium and constitutes the final offer. You must agree to the offer by the employer and thus You cannot refuse the offer by the employer, nor can You choose another position.
